也不知道是不是解決了？

[阿宅] 解決ssh到ptt亂碼

因為系統預設是 UTF-8 環境, 如果直接連到 ptt.cc, 會因為 Big5 編碼而顯示亂碼

解決方式就是使用 luit 暫時將編碼改成 Big5, 例如

$ luit -encoding big5 ssh bbs@ptt.cc
